EEE Job Prep Hub ("we," "us," "our") operates eeejobpreparation.com and the EEE Job Prep Hub Android app, providing electrical engineering (EEE) exam preparation courses, ebooks, and mock tests. This policy explains what information we collect from students who use the platform, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

By registering an account, enrolling in a course, or using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

• Name, email address, and phone number when you register or enroll in a course
• Payment details you enter at checkout (handled by our payment processors — we do not store full card or mobile wallet credentials ourselves)
• Messages you send us through Contact forms, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email
• Quiz and mock test answers, scores, and course progress

Information collected automatically

• Basic device and usage information from the Android app (device type, app version, general usage patterns) to keep the app working correctly
• Login session data so you stay signed in between visits
• Standard website analytics (pages visited, general traffic patterns) if analytics tools are enabled on the site

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account, and give you access to courses you've enrolled in
• To process payments and send enrollment/purchase confirmations
• To track your quiz attempts and course progress so you can review your performance
• To send you course updates, new exam sets, live class reminders, or offers — including through app push notifications, email, or WhatsApp/Telegram, where you've opted in
• To respond to support questions sent via Contact, email, WhatsApp, or Telegram
• To maintain platform security and prevent misuse, such as shared logins or unauthorized redistribution of course content

Local storage & app caching

The Android app stores some information locally on your device to make the app load faster and work with a weak or no internet connection. This includes:

• Your login session, so you don't need to sign in every time you open the app
• Cached course pages, lesson content, and images, refreshed periodically in the background
• Downloaded ebooks/PDFs you've chosen to save for offline reading
• Your recent quiz attempts and scores, for quick access without reloading from the server

This locally stored data stays on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes it. Sensitive session data is stored using Android's encrypted storage where applicable.

Payment information

Payments are handled by our third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation that a payment was completed along with basic transaction details (amount, date, course purchased), but we do not store your full card number, mobile wallet PIN, or other sensitive payment credentials on our own servers.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand general site usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site (like staying logged into your dashboard) may not work correctly without them.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secured hosting and encrypted storage for sensitive app session data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices & rights

• You can review and update your account information at any time by signing in to your dashboard
• You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by contacting us
• You can opt out of push notifications through your device's app settings, and unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link included in those emails
• You can clear locally cached app data at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the app

Children's privacy

EEE Job Prep Hub is designed for students preparing for university and job-level competitive exams and is not directed at young children. If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you confirm you have the authority and consent required to do so.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our courses, app features, or third-party tools change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or app after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
